1. Shipping Charges

🚚 Free Shipping on all orders with a total value over Rs. 5,000.

📦 A standard Rs. 200 shipping fee applies to all orders under Rs. 5,000.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

For In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) from Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day.

For Made-to-Order Items: Please see the specific delivery timeline below.

Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
We manufacture our products in-house, which means delivery times can vary by product type.

In-Stock Items: 2 Working Days
This includes our Graphic DTF T-Shirts, Cut & Sew Apparel, and any Sublimated Products marked as “In Stock.” You can expect delivery within 2 working days.

Made-to-Order Sublimated Items: 7-10 Working Days
To ensure the highest quality, our All Over Print Sublimated Polos and T-Shirts that are not in stock are printed and manufactured on-demand, just for you. Please allow 7-10 working days for this production and delivery process.

Sales & Peak Seasons: During major sales or holidays, please allow for a potential extra 1-2 days for processing.
4. Delivery Details

🏠 We deliver to any home or office address in Pakistan (no PO boxes).

✍️ All packages require a signature upon delivery.

🔄 Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable both times, the package will be returned to our Sialkot warehouse.
