Inside Sialkot Sportswear Manufacturing: How Your Gymkhana Polo is Made

When you order a shirt online, you rarely get to see where it comes from. But at Gymkhana, we do things differently. We are proud to be located in the heart of the global sports industry. Sialkot sportswear manufacturing is famous worldwide for producing gear for international brands (like Adidas and Nike), and we bring that same world-class quality directly to your doorstep in Pakistan.

We want to take you behind the scenes. Here is the journey of your Gymkhana polo, from a roll of white fabric to the finished product.

Why Sialkot Sportswear Manufacturing is World Famous

Before we look at the process, it is important to understand the legacy. Sialkot sportswear manufacturing is not just about factories; it is about generations of skilled craftsmanship. The city produces over 70% of the world’s hand-stitched soccer balls and is a global hub for textile innovation.

When you buy from Gymkhana, you are not buying a cheap import. You are supporting local, high-grade Sialkot sportswear manufacturing that supports Pakistani workers and delivers international standards.

Step 1: Digital Design & Plotting

Every polo starts as a concept on a screen. Our design team creates the intricate patterns that will eventually cover the entire shirt.

Because we focus on “All Over Print,” we have to map the design onto the specific shape of the shirt panels (sleeves, front, and back) before we even touch the fabric. This digital file is then printed onto special transfer paper using high-fidelity wide-format printers.

Step 2: The Sublimation Process

This is where the magic happens. This is the core technology of modern Sialkot sportswear manufacturing.

We take that printed paper and place it onto our premium white Lycra Mesh fabric. It goes into a large industrial heat press. At 200°C, the ink turns into gas and bonds permanently with the fabric fibers.

Unlike traditional screen printing that sits on top, this process ensures the design is in the fabric. This is why our designs never fade, crack, or peel, no matter how many times you wash them.

Step 3: Precision Cutting & Sewing

Once the fabric is printed, it is moved to the cutting floor. In many places, this is done by machine, but high-quality Sialkot sportswear manufacturing often relies on the expert eye of skilled cutters to ensure the pattern lines up perfectly.

The cut panels are then passed to our stitching team. Using specialized industrial machines, they sew the Lycra Mesh with reinforced stitching to ensure the polo can stretch and move without the seams popping.

Step 4: Quality Control & Packing

The final step in our Sialkot sportswear manufacturing process is the most important: Quality Control (QC).

Every single shirt is inspected for:

  • Print clarity

  • Stitching strength

  • Correct sizing

Only after passing this 3-stage inspection is the shirt folded, packed, and handed over to the courier to be delivered to you.

The Gymkhana Promise

We are transparent about our process because we are proud of it. By controlling every step of Sialkot sportswear manufacturing in-house, we can guarantee a level of quality that dropshippers simply cannot match.

When you wear Gymkhana, you are wearing the best of Pakistan.
